For those of you who saw our NAB interview with Canon’s Chuck Westfall, you probably heard a few tidbits of refreshing news: “If they [Canon customers] haven’t already told us what they’re looking for, by all means let us [Canon] know.” and “We [Canon] are very responsive and we’re going to do our best to make sure they’re [Canon customers] happy.”
Sure we’ve all heard this before, but how many companies actually take steps towards keeping up their end of the bargain? Well Canon is one of those companies, with not just an offer to listen, but a medium to hear your requests on their site. Needless to say, there is a good amount of people who are in glee about such a stance on customer relations.
