Cine Gear 2019: OWC Thunderblade, Mercury Pro & Mercury Helios 3S Storage Solutions

So we stopped by to speak with the best in the biz, OWC, to learn more about their numerous storage solutions, recently expanded with their acquisition of Thunderbolt 3 storage master, Akitio.

ThunderBlade – $699 – $2,999

The 1TB ThunderBlade V4 External SSD from OWC is a rugged and portable storage drive designed for high-speed performance. Thanks to its M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 solid-state drive, it has read and write speeds of up to 2800 MB/s and 2450 MB/s respectively.
