Featuring work by G.C.I. Founders Yuri Neyman, ASC and Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC & Students in the “Lighting and Composition” Class at G.C.I.
On Thursday, January 9, 6pm-9pm, Global Cinematography Institute and ZEISS will host the opening reception of the photographic exhibition “Mentors and Mentees”.
Work of students shown at the exhibition “Mentors & Mentees” were done as part of the “Lighting and Composition” Class taught by Yuri Neyman, ASC in G.C.I.’s Core and Advanced Sessions.
This class covers the basics of visual aesthetics and topics such as framing, quality of light and how visual elements help to create an expressive image. The class also includes studies of the “History of Cinematography and Photography”.
