Get that 'Walking Dead' Look from REDGIANT Universe 1.4

Keeping their promise to constantly expand and improve, RedGiant introduces Universe 1.4 which packs improvements in functionality and 19 new tools.
It’s been a year since the announcement of RedGiant’s Universe and version 1.4 doesn’t disappoint.  Universe is a service from RedGiant that offers an ever expanding library of effects in both a Free and Premium Version.
The tools work with Adobe Premiere and After Effects along with Final Cut Pro X, Apple Motion, Sony Vegas Pro, Davinci Resolve and now with Universe 1.4 HitFilm 3 Pro bringing all 89 of the universe plugins to the HitFilm vfx and editing environment.

Once you sign up for the free Universe account, you have immediate access to all of the free tools. The RedGiant Link, which is an app that updates all of your tools will show a list of all the tools you have and will automatically update making sure you have the latest tools available from RedGiant.  Here’s a screenshot from my RedGiant Link showing all of the tools of the free account:

When you upgrade to RedGiant Universe Premium, you’ll get access to to more effects and transition. You can get Premium for a monthly fee of $10, an annual fee of $99 or a lifetime fee of $399 which means you’ll have access to Universe Premium and all of the updates for the rest of your life which is pretty awesome. Here’s a screenshot from my RedGiant Link showing all of the tools of the Premium account:

With the Premium effect, Knoll Light Transitions, which uses Knoll Light Factory flares, with 20 unique presets to quickly move you from shot to shot.
