  • The robust fold down working table is height adjustable via the built in dovetail style mounting system
  • Features several 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting points on the fold down table and head rest plate to allow you to mount a variety of accessories
  • The monitor support arm features a highly adjustable design to allow you to view the video feed from the most comfortable position

Tilta’s upcoming Hydra Arm is a motorized arm that takes a variety of different gimbals. Since it uses straps and suction cups, the Tilta Hydra Arm can actually be mounted on any car that can handle the weight. It isn’t a permanent installation either, giving you the option of switching it up if you need to. The Hydra Arm is controllable by mechanisms within the car, allowing the operator to set limits on its movement. The system is set up to allow for a single operator, however, as Tilta’s Walter Diaz mentions, it’s best to have a team for the best result.
Tilta is shooting to make the Hydra Arm available by the end of 2019 for $50,000. Be sure to keep an eye on https://Hydra-Arm.com for more info.
