Canon’s recently announced EOS 100D/Rebel SL 1 DSLR has been drawing a lot of interest as it’s being marketed as ‘…the world’s smallest, lightest APS-C DSLR’. Being made available sometime in April, the price point for this ‘miniature DSLR’ starts at $649.99 for body alone. Small body, packing a big punch (18mp, ISO 100-12800, H.264 movie recording, 1920 x 1080 (30, 25, 24 fps), 1280 x 720 (60, 50 fps), 640 x 480 (30, 25 fps), 4 fps continue shooting) DpPreview got their hands on a sample pre-release of the 100D/Rebel SL 1.
