WATCH – NAB 2017: Atomos Recorders’ Accessories & Support

Atomos has seen a great deal of support for their recorders over the last several years. We spoke with Atomos’ Tony Trent for more on the bevy of accessories available to support their digital recorders.

Angelbird Drives

The Atomos Master Caddy 4K RAW gives you piece of mind with a specially designed rock solid aluminum body, quick grip release, and a unique Stable Stream design. Developed exclusively for Atomos 4K workflows, making it ready for anything your Atomos recorder can throw at it. Record high frame rates and raw CDNG files with ease thanks to the up to 510MB/s sustained write speed. They are the world’s first drive to integrate a SSD drive with an Atomos Master Caddy for a design that is distinctive and robust.

G-Tech Drives

An exciting partnership with G-Technology expands the affordability and workflow speed of our patented Master Caddy system by directly integrating it into the G-Technology range of ev Series solutions. The Master Caddy is pre packaged with Sandisk SSD or HDD drives already approved for use with Atomos products. The G-Technology edition of the Master Caddy is aircraft grade Aluminium for durability and portability. The genius of the Master Caddy system is that the media is completely interchangeable depending on availability, application or price. Integration with the ev Series means that there is no need to change out media from recording into editing.

X-Rite Color Calibration
